Hinsdale One offers two full service options
Skin in the Game – The Freakonomics Option*The Freakonomics option uses a sliding scale commission fee based on the percentage of the actual sale price vs. the listing price of your home. With this option, Hinsdale One participates in any price reduction. If the market dictates that we need to lower the asking price of your home, we will in turn lower our commission rate. This arrangement ensures that your listing agent is working as hard as you are to get the very best price for your home.

Flat Fee Listing OptionThis option is very popular for the higher end homes that have a very high listing price.
Keep in mind that in these pricing examples we are still paying the buyer’s broker the full 2.5 percent fee for the buyer’s agent. Also, for both sliding scale and flat fee listing options, Hinsdale One collects $695.00 (this fee will vary depending on size of property) at the time of listing to cover the cost of photos and diagrams of the house. |
